These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Podk's taxi and limousine transportation services, including our website, phone service, and SMS text messaging program ("Podk," "we," "us," or "our").

Our Services

Podk provides taxi and limousine transportation booking and dispatch services in Pennsylvania.

SMS Text Messaging Program - "Podk Trip Updates"

By providing your mobile phone number when booking a ride with Podk, you consent to receive text messages from Podk related to your reservation, including booking confirmations, vehicle status updates, and requests to share your location to coordinate pickup.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your reservations and trips with Podk.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to a message to stop receiving texts from Podk. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will receive no further messages. If you would like to resume, reply START and we will re-enroll you.

Carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services. You may request to be removed from our SMS program at any time by replying STOP, without affecting your ability to book rides with Podk through other means (phone or app).

Privacy

Your use of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Podk is not liable for delays or issues arising from carrier network problems affecting SMS delivery, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
